We maintain constant communication with parents through dedicated WhatsApp groups for each grade, allowing for quick updates, important announcements, and direct lines of communication between teachers and parents. In addition, we hold regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress, address concerns, and collaborate on ways to support each child's growth. To further strengthen the connection between the school and families, we offer parents the opportunity to become class representatives, playing a key role in facilitating communication and fostering a sense of community. Furthermore, parents are encouraged to join the school board, where they can contribute ideas, help with decision-making, and actively participate in the school’s operations, making a positive impact on the overall school environment. This multi-faceted approach to communication ensures that parents are partners in their children's education and that their voices are heard and valued.
Uniform Guidelines

While the uniforms promote discipline and equality, the school has introduced an exciting new policy allowing students to wear their own clothes one day each week. This change not only encourages self-expression and individuality but also gives students a chance to showcase their personal style while still maintaining the school's values. Arrival and Dismissal Procedures
We have well-organized arrival and dismissal procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient transition for students, creating a stress-free experience for both parents and children. Staff members are stationed at key areas to guide students, monitor their movement, and provide assistance when needed. For those who utilize the school transportation system, an additional layer of care is provided. Students are closely supervised as they board and disembark from the buses, with checks in place to ensure everyone is accounted for. Our drivers and transportation staff are well-trained, ensuring the vehicles are operated safely, and routes are managed efficiently to guarantee students are transported between school and home in a timely and secure manner. This comprehensive approach reflects our commitment to prioritizing the safety of every child.
School Menus

To make this possible, our in-house Chef prepares a wide range of meals that include both local Kurdish dishes and international cuisines, offering students the opportunity to explore a variety of flavors. We understand the importance of keeping parents informed about what their children are eating, so we communicate the monthly menu in advance, ensuring transparency and giving parents the opportunity to discuss any dietary concerns with us.
